What better way to spend your next yoga vacation on the beach, watching the sunset with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, and finishing sun salutations in our rooftop balcony yoga classes!
Beach-Front Yoga Classes
La Casa long-term hostel welcomes you to share our space, practicing your yoga asanas in the open-air, with the ocean breeze, while listening to the music of our surroundings: birds chirping and whistling, while the waves break and crash in the background. It truly is as serene as it sounds, but better in person!
At La Casa long-term hostel, we offer yoga classes exclusively for our guests at least 3 days a week, including ashtanga yoga, vinyasa yoga, kundalini yoga, as well as, reiki sessions and sunset meditations. Additionally, we host a variety of yoga retreats throughout the year taught by yoga teachers from all over the world. Some of which have included Ashtanga Yoga with the great Dominic from the United States, Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Tamara from Australia, ARUN Thai Yoga Massage with Anubuddha from Thailand, and many more.
La Casa loves to keep our space open to new opportunities to host various yoga teachers and retreats providing intimate yoga classes for our guests. We can not imagine a better way to help spread the love, peace, harmony, and spirituality throughout the world than to share the practice of yoga with our La Casa family.
When you aren’t practicing yoga, you can find yourself sipping fresh coconut water and smoothies, swimming and surfing in the ocean, indulging in a variety of cheap seafood options, and, best of all, when you open our hostel doors you will be greeted with the sand beneath your toes!
